James Millar has been working as an architect for over 30 years. He is currently the director of James Millar Architects. James’ considerable experience provides both himself and JMA with the necessary tools to facilitate project completion of the highest calibre. James has a long history working within the public realm having completed many projects for Local, State and Federal Government. Key clients include various Melbourne local councils, the Federal Department of Human Services (including Centrelink, Medicare and Australian Hearing), and Victorian Government departments including DJR, DEDJTR and DELWP. James is passionate about delivering quality built outcomes for the community and is highly experienced in master-planning and feasibility studies.
Greg completed his studies in 2004 in South Africa and has since gained experience in the SA, UK and Australia. He has an affinity to technical problem solving and detail design and has worked on large scale commercial and industrial projects. One of Greg’s major strengths is collaboration with clients on every stage in the design and construction process, managing the project from the development of initial sketches to final completion. Currently Practice Manager, Greg has a thorough understanding of the impact of commercial imperatives on the design process. Along with his commitment to design quality, this knowledge is applied to all projects ensuring good ideas are converted into built reality to the benefit of all stakeholders
